Qualifications

  • Qualifications in Accounting, Bookkeeping or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a finance, accounts, payroll or bookkeeping role.
  • Strong understanding of financial administration, accounts payable/receivable and payroll processes.
  • Experience using accounting software (Xero preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Experience in not-for-profit, association, membership-based or public sector environments.

Join a purpose‑driven association and play a key role in supporting our financial operations. Working closely with the Finance Manager, you will manage financial administration, process transactions, support payroll and compliance activities, and assist with reporting and reconciliations. This hands‑on part‑time role is ideal for a detail‑oriented finance professional who enjoys delivering accurate work, building strong relationships, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
