seek.com.au is seeking a part-time finance administrator in the Gosford region of New South Wales. The role covers payroll for 45 employees, accounts payable and receivable, and cash flow support, with duties across general accounts and month-end processes.

Experience with MYOB is required, and familiarity with Employment Hero and Bundy Plus is desirable but not mandatory. The successful candidate will contribute to a broad range of finance-related office duties in a small team.

• Part-time role with 3 days per week (Tue–Thu).
• Experience across a range of finance-related office duties.
• Payroll management experience for multiple employees is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Payroll management for 45 employees using MYOB; supported by HR tools.
• Accounts payable: entry of supplier invoices, approvals, and supplier statement reconciliations.
• Accounts receivable: assist invoicing and payment processing.
• General accounts: month-end processes, closing journals, and reconciliations.
• Cash flow: assist with cash flow management.
