3rd Party Containers (3PC) is hiring a Finance Administrator for a permanent part-time role in Melbourne. You will support debt collection, AR/AP, and data management across our finance and operations teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle multiple systems. Hybrid work is offered, with 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–2:30 pm, and a competitive remuneration package based on experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office with strong numeracy.
• Experience in bookkeeping, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Ability to manage data across systems and respond to queries.

Responsibilities

• Managing debtors and following up outstanding payments.
• Assisting with AR and AP.
• Maintaining accurate records and data across business systems.
• Responding to internal and external queries.
• Providing general administrative support to the finance and operations teams.
