Job summary

Elderly Care is seeking experienced Personal Care Workers to join our team in Bundaberg, Queensland. This Part‑time role focuses on delivering compassionate, person-centred care to our elderly residents, supporting their physical, emotional and social needs with professionalism.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health and wellbeing, and engage residents in meaningful activities while upholding high safety standards in a warm, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Monitor and record residents' health, dietary and personal care needs.
• Engage residents in social, recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean and comfortable living environment.
• Communicate with residents, families and care team.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and quality standards.
