Job summary

Lowes Petroleum in Bundaberg is seeking a Depot Administrator for a permanent part-time role, 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will support depot operations with admin, customer service and inventory tasks, and assist with forklift operations where needed.

Reporting to the Depot Manager, the role blends office administration with hands-on operational support in a growing Australian business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration, customer service or office support.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work across administrative and operational tasks when required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day administrative support to depot operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with inventory control, stock movements and reconciliations.
• Complete daily retail reconciliations and reporting.
• Support end-of-month reconciliation processes and maintain records.
• Assist with compliance, safety and operational procedures.
• Provide relief coverage for Lubricant Delivery Driver when required.
• Contribute to smooth running of the depot.
