Job summary

Touch2Pay is seeking a customer-focused Training Coordinator in Brisbane to deliver hands-on and remote training for merchants adopting mobile POS. You’ll learn our POS software, prep devices, and support PCI compliance while guiding stores through the transition from desktop POS to mobile solutions.

Qualifications

• Comfortable presenting to groups and reading room dynamics.
• Background in sales, training, customer success or other customer-facing roles.
• Reliable, well-organised and able to work independently.
• No payments or POS experience required – training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and remote training to merchant staff on Touch2Pay's mobile POS devices and software.
• Learn our Merchants Point of Sale software and device prep process.
• Understand PCI compliance and assist merchants in staying compliant.
• Foster staff confidence as stores transition from desktop POS to mobile POS.
• Engage in upsell and expansion conversations with current merchants.
• Travel to merchant sites roughly once a month; coordinate with support team.
