Job summary

Worldsmart POS Solutions in Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane, is seeking an experienced Point Of Sale installations specialist to install, configure and deploy POS systems for retail customers. You will deliver onsite and remote training, troubleshoot POS and EFTPOS issues, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful implementations, with travel to customer sites as required.

Point Of Sale (POS) Installations Specialist

We're looking for an experienced POS Installation Specialist who enjoys working directly with customers, solving technical challenges and delivering successful implementations.

What you'll do

• Install, configure and deploy POS hardware and software
• Deliver onsite and remote customer training
• Troubleshoot POS, EFTPOS, network and peripheral issues
• Work closely with customers, internal teams and third-party vendors
• Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional support
• Provide helpdesk and phone-based technical support while not on site

What we're looking for

• Experience installing and supporting POS systems in a retail environment
• Strong knowledge of POS hardware, EFTPOS, networks and system troubleshooting
• Experience with Windows PC and server configuration
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with customers
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Grocery, hardware or independent supermarket industry experience will be highly regarded
• Current driver's licence, reliable vehicle and unrestricted Australian working rights
