Job summary

Wortley Group in Melbourne is seeking a part-time Customer Service representative to provide professional, responsive support to customers, sales reps and internal teams. The role blends customer service, order processing and administration to keep stock, orders and delivery information moving smoothly.

You will work with Purchasing, Reception and Warehouse teams, build strong customer relationships and contribute to a positive service-focused culture within a small team.

Responsibilities

• Respond professionally and promptly to customer enquiries by telephone and email
• Assist customers with product enquiries, order placement, stock availability, backorders, freight and delivery information
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a high standard of attention to detail
• Develop positive, professional relationships with customers and contribute to a consistently high standard of customer service
• Work collaboratively with our small customer service team to maintain a supportive, efficient and solutions-focused working environment
• Provide general administrative support across the business, including assistance to management
• Liaise closely with Purchasing, Reception and Warehouse teams to coordinate customer orders, stock availability and timely despatch
• Build strong working relationships with National Account Managers, providing reliable support for customer enquiries and sales-related activities
• Manage daily priorities effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
