Responsibilities

• Order Fulfilment: Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
• Order Fulfilment: Coordinate shipping, deliveries and returns.
• Order Fulfilment: Manage orders across online and wholesale sales channels.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Receive, check and organise incoming stock.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Conduct regular stocktakes and reconcile discrepancies.
• Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone.

About the Role

We're looking for an organised, reliable and proactive individual to join our team in a versatile part-time role covering order fulfilment, inventory management and customer service.

You will play an important role in ensuring orders are processed efficiently, stock is accurately managed and customers receive an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfilment

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
• Coordinate shipping, deliveries and returns.
• Manage orders across online and wholesale sales channels.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Receive, check and organise incoming stock.
• Conduct regular stocktakes and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate stock movements between suppliers and warehouses.

Customer Service
