Responsibilities

• Greet each customer and clearly understand their enquiry, guiding the customer to the appropriate channel
• Build personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations to enhance their experience
• Provide options for the customer through education and demonstration of in-branch technology and digital banking options
• Be aware of movements within the branch, ensuring it's running effectively and that customers are satisfied with their experience
