Job summary

CommBank Townsville branch is seeking a Customer Service Representative on a part-time basis. You will greet customers, handle in-branch transactions, and ensure a smooth, friendly banking experience for personal and small business clients.

You will work closely with the Branch Manager and teammates to understand customer needs, refer to specialists when required, participate in community events, and contribute to a safe, supportive branch environment.
