Job summary

Connect Hearing in Hillsdale, NSW is seeking a dedicated customer service/admin professional for a permanent part-time role (2 days / 15.2 hours per week). You will greet clients, schedule appointments, and support clinicians while helping manage daily clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face customer service experience.
• Passion for delivering an amazing client experience.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and manage their clinic experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Provide administrative support to Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists).
• Run day-to-day clinic operations, including opening/closing procedures.
• Manage clinic phone line and shared email inbox.
• Process billing and payments.
• Learn and use a range of software applications.
