Job summary

Connect Hearing Australia in Hillsdale, NSW is seeking a part-time customer service/admin professional for our hearing clinic. You will welcome clients, book and confirm appointments, support clinicians, manage daily clinic operations, handle phone and email, and process payments.

Full training is provided with hours Thursday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm, with potential for more hours. Join a supportive team within Sonova, a leader in hearing care, and help older clients manage their hearing health

Qualifications

• Prior experience in face to face customer service and/or administration role.
• Passion for delivering an amazing client experience.
• Great communication and active listening skills.
• Resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team.
• Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients.
• An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids.

Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and hands-on customer service/admin professional at our hearing clinic in Hillsdale, NSW.

You will play an important role within our business providing exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele and helping them manage their hearing health in this diverse client facing role.Full training and ongoing support provided.

This is a permanent part-time position (2 days / 15.2 hours per week), with working hours scheduled between Thursday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. We’re looking for someone with the flexibility to increase hours as needed, such as for leave coverage.
