Mounties Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team at Club Wyong, NSW on a part-time basis. You will prepare a variety of dining options, maintain high standards, and deliver wholesome, well-presented meals to create memorable guest experiences.

This role suits someone with kitchen experience and a flexible roster. Key duties include efficient food prep, plating consistency, stock monitoring, stock rotations, and adherence to food-handling practices.

Formación

• Previous kitchen experience required.
• Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery.
• Food Handling certificate.
• Flexible roster including days, nights, weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Manage food preparation and cooking to high standards.
• Maintain presentation and consistency of meals.
• Prepare for bistro and function meals.
• Monitor stock levels and rotate stock.
• Adhere to food safety and cleaning duties.
• Deliver an exceptional guest dining experience.
