Responsibilities

• Food preparation and cooking during service, functions, and events.
• Prepare and execute dishes across restaurant, café, and event operations.
• Operate pans, grills and fryers safely and efficiently.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safe food handling and safety standards.
• Provide input on menu design, implementation and cost management.
• Support stock control and help monitor waste minimisation.
• Adhere to correct food organics waste disposal procedures and support sustainable practices.
