Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development and securing sustainable opportunities.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and written communication skills.
• Experience with fundraising, sponsorship, grants or philanthropic funding.
• Ability to engage new prospects with initiative and creativity.
• Understanding of aged care, disability, transport or related sectors.
• Commitment to diversity, access and improving community outcomes.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems and digital sales channels.
• Current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of new business, partnerships and funding opportunities.
• Identify opportunities across aged care, disability, health and local government sectors.
• Build relationships with prospective customers, community partners and funders.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, presentations and partnership documents.
• Identify and pursue grants, sponsorships and philanthropic funding.
• Research markets and emerging opportunities to support growth.
• Support targets, reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate across the organisation to ensure viable opportunities.
