Job summary

Launch Housing in Melbourne is seeking a Partnerships & Fundraising Assistant to support donor engagement, events, and partnership activities. You will work across our partnerships and fundraising teams to manage enquiries, process donations, and maintain donor records.

The role involves coordinating supporter activities, events, and corporate volunteering while ensuring high levels of service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with donors, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Experience supporting donor engagement activities, events, or campaigns.
• Competence in CRM systems, with Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Understanding of Child Safe Standards in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, responsive and professional support to donors, supporters and partners, managing enquiries, feedback and communications to build positive, long-term relationships.
• Support donation processing, donor acknowledgements and accurate record-keeping using Dynamics 365 CRM, working closely with the Finance team.
• Assist in coordinating supporter, donor and stakeholder events, fundraising initiatives and partnership activities, including the festive hamper and toy drive and Corporate Triathlon.
• Coordinate corporate volunteering opportunities and material aid donations that directly benefit Launch Housing sites and clients.
• Support donor and partner engagement by scheduling meetings, coordinating site visits and preparing briefing materials, donor profiles and impact updates.
• Work closely with relationship managers to coordinate follow-up activities, maintain accurate records and support ongoing donor and partner relationships.
• Collaborate with teams across Launch Housing to facilitate engagement opportunities while minimising disruption to frontline services.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the broader team as required.
