What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of proven experience in business development, account management, or sales within the transport, logistics, or related industries.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully winning new clients and growing revenue through strategic relationship building.
• Strong understanding of the transport and logistics sector, including operational challenges and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite; experience with transport management systems is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop data-driven strategies and track key performance metrics.
• Self‑motivated and results‑oriented with the ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively to a team environment.
• Valid driver’s licence is essential; willingness to travel to client sites and attend industry events.
