Job summary

Impact Advising in Sydney’s Inner West is seeking a Corporate Partnerships and Grants Manager to grow revenue through strategic corporate partnerships and grant funding. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with a full-time basis in Sydney.

You will translate complex research into compelling proposals, build long-term partnerships, and collaborate with scientists and internal teams to deliver impact reporting and timely updates to partners and supporters.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship, grants or related field.
• Proven ability to build, grow and nurture relationships with corporate partners.
• Experience generating revenue growth through partnerships and grants.
• Strong written proposals, pitches, and grant applications.
• Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Highly organised with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic partnership concepts and align research with prospective partners.
• Grow existing corporate partnerships, deepen engagement and diversify support.
• Identify and pursue new business and funding opportunities to grow revenue.
• Develop and cultivate grant funders and philanthropic supporters.
• Prepare compelling grant applications, proposals and cases for support.
• Oversee grants and reporting to demonstrate impact of funded research.
• Cultivate major supporters and re-engage lapsed donors.
• Collaborate with scientists and teams to deliver impact reporting and updates.
