Job summary

MAYDAY Recruitment is partnering with a well-established organisation in Adelaide to recruit a Branch Member Consultant for a permanent part-time position. The role is 22.5 hours per week, Mon-Wed, 8:45am-5:00pm, with induction, branch training, and occasional Saturday shifts with extra pay.

You will deliver face-to-face and telephone support, discuss needs-based insurance products, and work toward individual and team KPIs while building long-term relationships in the local community.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service
• Ability to achieve KPIs or targets
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• Empathetic, customer-focused approach to service

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional face-to-face and telephone service to customers
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customers and recommend insurance products
• Work towards individual and team KPIs while prioritising customer outcomes
• Resolve customer enquiries and problems, delivering a positive experience
• Build trusted relationships with customers and the local community
• Maintain accurate customer information according to policies
