You will engage customers in conversations, manage loan maintenance tasks, and identify opportunities for referrals to Home Lending and Business Banking. The role offers structured training and a clear pathway toward lending specialisation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, ideally banking.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to learn financial systems.
• Willingness to develop lending knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Engage customers to identify financial needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries and process requests.
• Manage loan maintenance tasks (top-ups, pricing, variations).
• Refer customers to specialist teams (Home Lending, Business Banking).
• Maintain regular contact with customers, manage leads, book appointments.
• Coach Customer Service Officers and promote digital banking tools.
