BOQ Group invites you to join our Jimboomba branch as a Customer Relationship Specialist. You will greet customers, understand their financial goals, and connect them with suitable banking solutions while supporting loan maintenance and referrals to lending specialists.

You’ll coach team members on service excellence and help customers embrace digital banking tools as part of a broader transformation journey in Australian banking.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with a passion for helping people.
• Experience in customer service, ideally in banking or financial services.
• Exposure to consumer lending is a plus.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a can-do attitude.
• Attention to detail and ability to navigate financial systems confidently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, identifying their financial goals and needs.
• Respond to customer requests and loan maintenance tasks (top-ups, pricing, variations).
• Refer customers to Home Lending and Business Banking specialists for comprehensive support.
• Maintain regular contact with customers, manage leads, and book appointments to deepen relationships.
• Coach Customer Service Officers on quality conversations, lead identification and service excellence.
• Promote and support adoption of digital banking tools to build customer confidence.
