Job summary

Crown Melbourne is seeking an experienced Parking & Wardrobe Manager to lead the operations of Crown Melbourne's parking facilities and staff wardrobe function. This role combines facilities operations with uniform procurement, inventory control and service delivery.

You will manage budgets, forecasts and reporting while developing initiatives to improve efficiency and guest experience. The role requires leading a large team, collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring

The Role

We're seeking an experienced and commercially minded Parking & Wardrobe Manager to lead the operations of Crown Melbourne's parking facilities and staff wardrobe function.

In this diverse leadership role, you'll be responsible for parking operations, uniform procurement and inventory management, service delivery, budget performance and leading large operational teams. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive exceptional service standards, operational efficiency and continuous improvement across both functions.

In this role, you'll create joyful experiences by:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of Crown's parking facilities and wardrobe services.
