Crown Melbourne is seeking an experienced Parking & Wardrobe Manager to lead the operations of Crown Melbourne's parking facilities and staff wardrobe function. This role combines facilities operations with uniform procurement, inventory control and service delivery.

You will manage budgets, forecasts and reporting while developing initiatives to improve efficiency and guest experience. The role requires leading a large team, collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring

Competenze

Proven leadership experience managing large teams.
Experience in parking, facilities, hospitality or retail management.
Strong financial acumen with budgeting and reporting.

Lead the day-to-day operations of Crown Melbourne's parking facilities and wardrobe services.
