Job summary

Crown Melbourne is offering a full-time leadership role responsible for the day-to-day operations of parking facilities and wardrobe services. You will drive service improvements, manage procurement and inventory, and oversee budgets and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing large operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in operational, facilities, hospitality, retail or service-based management roles is preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
