Crown Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the In-Room Dining team at Crown Towers Melbourne. You will drive daily operations, coach leaders, and ensure service excellence in a high-volume room service environment.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead our award-winning In-Room Dining team at Crown Towers Melbourne. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, this role is responsible for the overall leadership, performance and success of our high-volume room service operation
Guided by Crown’s 4Cs of Service Excellence - Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care - you will lead a large team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive operational excellence and ensure the highest standards of service are consistently achieved.

About You

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing large-scale food and beverage operations within a luxury hotel environment
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, labour and operational performance
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable in high-pressure environments and able to lead teams through change
• Strong computer literacy skills, including a sound understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
