Zenith Payments Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Revenue Operations / GTM AI Specialist to elevate how AI fuels sales and marketing. You will own data foundations, build AI-enabled workflows, and improve forecasting, lead scoring, and seller productivity.

This role sits at the nexus of revenue operations, tech, and business impact. You'll work with HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI tools to design scalable processes, define success metrics, and drive adoption across commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations or GTM roles.
• Hands-on CRM/GTM tool experience (HubSpot or Salesforce).
• Experience configuring AI agents and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret pipeline and forecast data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM data integrity and pipeline reporting.
• Build dashboards and executive reports on pipeline and forecast.
• Evaluate and roll out AI tools across sales/marketing stack.
• Design AI-driven automated workflows to prioritise accounts.
• Set success metrics and report adoption/impact.
