Job summary

Zenith Payments is seeking a Revenue Operations / GTM AI Specialist to drive AI across sales and marketing, owning data foundations, forecasting, lead scoring and seller productivity. The role is based in Sydney (Mascot), permanent and office-based.

You will pilot AI tools, design workflows, and set measurable success criteria while partnering with CCO, Finance and Product to accelerate commercial performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue/Go-To-Market operations or GTM operations in B2B/payments
• Experience with CRM systems and automation setup
• Experience building/configuring AI-enabled workflows in a commercial setting

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot data integrity, pipeline hygiene and reporting across sales & partnerships
• Build and maintain dashboards and executive reporting on pipeline, forecast accuracy and commercial performance
• Support territory, targets and compensation reporting with CCO and Finance
• Identify gaps in GTM motion and design fixes from lead routing to deal desk
• Evaluate, pilot and roll out AI tools and agents across sales/marketing stack
• Design and build automated workflows that use AI to prioritise accounts and cut manual work
• Own prompt design and configuration for AI agents across tools
• Set success measures for AI workflows and report adoption and impact
• Coordinate with IT and vendors on AI tools, data access and compliance
• Be the go-to for AI capabilities and safe usage in commercial work
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and Product to reduce manual effort
• Train teams on AI-enabled tools and bring new ideas to Zenith
