Job summary

FutureYou is seeking a People & Culture Adviser for a hands-on 3-month contract in NSW, joining a busy People Operations team. You will manage employee lifecycle tasks, HRIS support (SuccessFactors), and respond to employee queries while upholding policy and compliance.

Ideal candidates have prior P&C/HR Adviser or HR Coordinator experience in fast-paced environments, strong data accuracy, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a People & Culture / HR Adviser or HR Coordinator role.
• Experience working in a fast-paced or shared services environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate employee data management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding processes and preparecontracts for new starters and internal movements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within SuccessFactors.
• Respond to HR queries from employees and managers with timely advice.
• Support the wider People Operations team across the employee lifecycle.
• Assist with a range of HR administration and operational tasks.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives across the function.
• Ensure HR processes and advice align with policies and legislation.
