Job summary

Domain is seeking an Associate HR Advisor to join the HR Shared Services team in Sydney on a 12-month FTC. You will deliver core HR operational services across the employee lifecycle, triage service requests, maintain HR data, and drive compliant processes under SLA/KPI targets.

Ideally you have 1–2 years in People Operations or HR Administration, a passion for process improvement, and familiarity with Australian employment law.

• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• 1–2 years in People Operations or HR Administration.

• Experience with onboarding, job changes, and maintaining employee records.
• Experience using HRIS, payroll systems, and ticketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, exits, job changes) completed accurately and documented per internal processes.
• Shared services tickets are triaged, actioned, or escalated promptly per SLA/KPI.
• HR data and records are reliable, updated and reconciled.
• Operational processes are reviewed and refined to improve efficiency and standardisation.
• HR Services team is seen as responsive, solutions-focused, and reliable.
