EY Australia is seeking an HR Consultant to deliver HR transactional support, policy guidance, and operational excellence across the business. You will connect employees with Talent teams and help shape a better working world through compliant HR operations.

This hybrid, 12-month contract role can be performed from any EY office in Australia, with potential options for reduced hours. You will work with SuccessFactors and collaborate across payroll, mobility and other functions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR transactional support.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Customer service or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely HR transaction processing (e.g. leave, promotions, employment changes) using systems like SuccessFactors.
• Provide clear, responsive and human-centric HR advice to employees and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Talent teams, payroll, mobility and other functions to ensure compliant HR operations and continuous improvement.
