Job summary

TwoScots Recruitment is seeking an HR Advisor in Melbourne to provide broad generalist HR support across the organisation, partnering with leaders on employee relations, performance, talent, succession planning, WHS and capability.

This is an initial 12-month contract reporting directly to the Head of HR. You’ll help develop leadership capability, strengthen talent pipelines and contribute to building a high-performance culture within a fast-growing multi-site business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an HR Advisor, P&C Advisor or HR Generalist role.
• Strong employee relations and performance management experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment will be highly regarded.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• HR or related tertiary qualifications preferred.

• Provide practical HR advice across employee relations, performance, investigations and workplace matters.
• Coach leaders through performance, development and people-related challenges.
• Support talent management, succession and workforce planning initiatives.
• Provide advice on employment legislation, policies, Modern Awards and compliance.
• Support WHS, incident management, injury management and wellbeing initiatives.
• Contribute to broader People & Culture projects and continuous improvement.
