Working in a fixed-term, part-time capacity up to four years, you will oversee resident and student support, respond to incidents, and ensure smooth handovers for the day shift.

Responsibilities

• The Night Manager is the senior operational representative on shift and escalation point for operational issues, incidents, resident and student support, and overnight service delivery across Powerhouse Parramatta.
• Acting as Manager-on-Duty during overnight periods, the role coordinates overnight operations, responds to incidents and service disruptions, manages guest and resident issues, and supports the operational readiness of the site for the following day.
