Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team on shift.
• Full working knowledge of hotel computer systems and night audit processes.
• Knowledge of current room rates and guest reservations.
• Commitment to hotel policies and safety procedures.
• Ability to coordinate with housekeeping, reservations and maintenance to prepare rooms for guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight hotel operations in the absence of senior managers.
• Welcome guests, check-in/out efficiently and address feedback with tact.
• Complete the night audit accurately, post revenue and reconcile discrepancies.
• Liaise with accounts and ensure audit documentation is complete.
• Secure the hotel overnight and maintain a safe environment.
• Supervise the night team on shift and communicate across departments.
