Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Sydney seeks a Part-Time Overnight Guest Services Officer to welcome and assist guests during overnight hours, managing front desk operations, late arrivals and early departures. You will respond to guest requests and complete overnight procedures, reporting to the Front Desk Manager in the Rooms Division.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, a service-driven approach and the ability to work independently overnight.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service mindset.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Strong attention to detail in financial and administrative tasks.
• Excellent organisation and time management under night-hour operations.
• Experience in front desk, guest services, night audit or hotel operations is preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication with guests and colleagues.
• Availability for overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests during overnight shifts (check-in/out, inquiries, special requests).
• Complete overnight administrative duties, night audit procedures, and guest account reconciliation.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and emergencies.
• Monitor hotel activity and coordinate with departments for smooth operations.
• Prepare reports for the next day's operations.
