Job summary

Four Seasons in Sydney seeks an experienced Guest Services Assistant Manager to support Front Office, Concierge and Bell Desk operations, shaping service delivery to luxury standards. You will lead by example, engage guests personally, and drive a culture of excellence across shifts.

You will oversee arrivals/departures, valet and luggage services, while supporting rostering and performance goals within a global luxury group.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a Front Office, Guest Services, Bell Captain, Concierge, or Rooms Division leadership role within a luxury hotel environment.
• A valid unrestricted driver’s licence with ability to drive and park luxury vehicles.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong operational presence across Front Office, Concierge and Bell Desk to ensure seamless arrivals and departures.
• Lead, coach and develop Guest Services and Bell teams to foster engagement and service excellence.
• Oversee valet operations, luggage handling and transport services to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism and timely resolution.
• Build relationships across departments and assist with rostering and labour management.
