You will handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, calls, and guest requests, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Front desk or guest service experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends/evenings.
