Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Australia is seeking a dedicated Night Porter to ensure guests sleep safely and comfortably through the night. You will join a small night team delivering seamless service and support.

Shifts run 11:00 pm to 7:30 am. You will help guests with luggage, transportation, and requests, while staying attentive to their needs and ensuring a warm welcome.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted driver's licence (manual required).
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 23 kg.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Able to work independently during night shifts.
• Tech-savvy with reading, writing, basic maths and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide seamless service during the night shift.
• Assist guests with luggage, organise transportation, valet parking and other requests.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer tailored recommendations to enhance their stay.
• Support the front office team with nightly duties and operational tasks.
