You will work closely with the Night Manager to maintain smooth operations, with Opera experience highly regarded. Qualifications

• Experience as Night Auditor or Front Office Supervisor in hotel environments.
• Strong front-office system knowledge (Opera preferred).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Natural leader with hands-on approach and passion for guest experience.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary guest contact for requests, concerns or issues.
• Monitor security, safety, and emergency procedures overnight.
• Complete nightly reports, audits, and system checks.
