Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and start conversations with potential customers.
• Work through existing CRM contacts and prospect databases to uncover opportunities.
• Research upcoming projects and identify the organisations and people involved.
• Find key decision-makers and build new contacts within target businesses.
• Ask the right questions to understand potential customer needs and projects.
• Qualify opportunities before handing them across to our Solution Specialists.
• Keep HubSpot accurate and up to date so nothing gets lost.
• Share useful customer, market and competitor insights with the wider team.
