Qualifications

• 2+ years in appointment setting or telemarketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to engage with customers and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Cold calling and prospecting using telephone, mail and email.
• Team with Field Sales to qualify and schedule appointments.
• Self-directed prospecting and qualifying activities including mail, email and social media.
• Maintain activity logs and weekly opportunity reporting in CRM.
• Prepare contracts and proposals; assist in pricing and deal construction.
• Update and maintain CRM databases and market research.
