OTR Group is hiring to manage daily store operations across our retail network in Australia. You will lead a team, coach colleagues, and ensure exceptional customer service while implementing rosters, stock control, and safety procedures.

Strong communication and leadership are essential, with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement. The role offers opportunities for career progression within our expanding network and a chance to develop skills across hospitality and retail environments.

About the Role

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
