Job summary

OTR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, support a high level of customer service, and lead team training and rostering. The role emphasizes health and safety, stock management, and accurate reporting within a dynamic retail environment.

OTR – Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
