OTR Group is seeking a store leader in Dubbo to manage day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and train team members. You will oversee rostering, stock, and reporting while upholding health and safety policies across the store.

The ideal candidate has retail or hospitality leadership experience, strong communication, and a passion for coaching others to excel in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role offers career development within a global network.

About the Role

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
