Job summary

OTR is seeking a Store Manager in Adelaide to lead day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional customer service and drive team performance. You will be responsible for rostering, stock management, reporting and ensuring health and safety policies are followed.

Successful applicants will have leadership experience in retail or hospitality, strong communication, attention to detail and a passion for developing others. Australian working rights and police clearance are required.

About The Role

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
