OTR is a prominent retail group operating a network of stores and quick service restaurants in Australia. We seek a Store Manager to lead daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure outstanding customer experiences across our locations.

You will manage rostering, stock, reporting, and safety compliance while fostering a high-performance team culture and operational excellence.

OTR - Store Manager

About The Role

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
