OTR Group in Sydney is seeking a motivated store operations role to join our team and help drive day-to-day activities while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will support training, rostering, stock management and reporting, with a strong emphasis on health and safety compliance and teamwork across the store.

About the Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
