OTR Store Manager in Dubbo, NSW leads daily store operations, drives exceptional customer service, coaches the team and manages rostering and stock control. You will implement health and safety policies and monitor store performance.

You will build a high-performing team, embrace change, and seize opportunities to advance across our global network with training in barista skills and participation in incentive programs.

OTR - Store Manager

About The Role

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
