Job summary

OTR Group comprises of over 1000 retail, convenience, and quick service restaurants across Australia. We are seeking a team-oriented individual to assist with daily store operations, focusing on customer service, training, rostering, stock management and reporting while upholding health and safety standards.

The successful candidate will participate in team development, adapt to changing needs, and contribute to a high-performing retail environment.

About the Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
