OTR Group is opening a new Kelmscott store in Western Australia and seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise staff, train team members, and ensure rosters are accurate while maintaining stock control.

You will also prepare reports, monitor sales performance, and uphold health and safety standards. This role offers growth within our global retail network and a dynamic work environment.

About the Role

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.

Exciting news:

Our brand-new OTR Kelmscott site is opening in mid-January. OTR Kelmscott is expected to open min-January. Applicants will be contacted for interviews. Please note that training for new team members is scheduled 1-3 weeks prior to opening date.
